Executive Functioning and ADHD Coaching

When anxiety, ADHD, or plain overload makes routines, schedules, and day-to-day functioning hard to manage, coaching gives you a structured way through it. This is skills work: practical, collaborative, and focused on how your week actually runs.

Who this is for

Adults whose to-do lists outrun their systems, professionals managing demanding roles alongside ADHD, and high school students preparing for college or struggling to meet expectations because of planning skills and emotional regulation that haven't caught up yet.

What sessions focus on

Organizational skills and emotional regulation together, since the two usually go hand in hand: attention to tasks, task completion, planning, and follow-through. We work proactively, catching problems before they become larger ones. I also provide psychoeducation on resources and other support options available, so you know the full map, not just the piece I offer.

Coaching, not therapy

Coaching is distinct from therapy. It does not diagnose or treat a mental health condition, and it's available regardless of where you live. If what you need is therapy, I'll say so directly, and if you're in a state where I'm licensed, individual therapy can be an option we discuss. You can read more about my background on the About page.
